We have been residents of Central Oregon for 21 years, having spent 14 years as owners of Sunriver's Village Bar & Grill before turning our energies to real estate in 2005.  We are very active in the Sunriver community:  Marcus is a past board member of the Sunriver Area Chamber of Commerce, he is currently a member of the Sunriver Rotary Club and has served on various committees for the Sunriver Owners' Association.

Connie served 8 years on the board of the Deschutes County Commission for Children & Families, She is the past chair of the Parks & Rec Committee for the Sunriver Owners' Association, she chaired the Tennis Strategic Planning Committee and we are past chairs of the Sunriver Area Potluck Committee - where we bring all the local communities together for a monthy potluck dinner & entertainment from October - May, what a great way to get to know our neighbors!

We are about to celebrate 30 years of marriage and we have two beautiful daughters.  Our oldest daughter, Monica, graduated from Linfield College and currently resides in Whitefish, Mt where she works in the Human Resources department for Whitefish Mtn Resort.  Her husband, Spencer,  manages the Resort's front desk & reservations departments.  Our younger daughter, Kelsea, resides in Deleware where she is a civil engineer specializing is envionmental engineering & concrete structures.  She holds a masters degree from Oregon State University.  Her husband, Thomas, is a professor of civil engineering at the University of Deleware, specializing in reinforced concrete and bridges.

Marcus graduated from Buckenll University in Lewisburg Pennsylvania in 1979, with a BSBA degree in Accounting.  Connie graduated from Nursing School in Boston and enjoyed a long career as a reigistered nurse (specializing in emergency room).  She also earned a Business Degree from St. Joseph's College in Maine. 

In the 1980's we owned and operated The Home Plate restaurant in Aspen Colorado.  We sold the business and moved to Sunriver in 1989 after falling in love with Sunriver while on a vacation.  We love the Central Oregon lifestyle and found it to be a wonderful place to raise our two daughters.  In our spare time we enjoy all of the activities that Central Oregon has to offer:  golf, tennis, hiking, biking, boating, skiing, etc.
