Caldera Springs is the next generation of the rich Sunriver lagacy - on a more intimate scale.  Designed by the same visionaries who created Sunriver Resort and the Crosswater golf community, this new resort community was created for fun and relaxation.

Summer of 2007 saw the opening of the CALDERA SPRINGS LAKE HOUSE, QUARRY POOL, FITNESS CENTER, and GOLF COURSE.  Amenities at Caldera Springs abound, with two tennis courts, a basketball court, playground, bike trails, and of course, the lakes and streams.  Click here to view pictures of the Lake House, Fitness Center and Quarry Pool.

Located across the road from the famous Crosswater golf course and community, and just south of Sunriver, Caldera Springs offers 320 homesites on lots varying in size from .25 to 1 acre.  Click here to view a Caldera Springs homesite map.  The first phased release of the Caldera Cabins (2 and 3 bedroom cabins that ring Trailmere Lake), occured between April and August of 2007, and six of the cabins sold quickly.  Plans are underway for more cabin releases, and we'll keep you posted.

A new section of Caldera Springs is currently being released, the Sable Rock Loop.  A small number of homesites have been released in this area. Very exciting things are happening at Sable Rock Loop.  It has been chosen as the site for the 2009 Central Oregon Builders Association "Showcase of Dreams."  Central Oregon's finest builders will construct outstanding custom homes.  "Showcase of Dreams" ticket sale proceeds will go to providing affordable housing in Central Oregon.  We'll keep you updated on the progress of the "Showcase of Dreams" homes.

Sable Rock Loop will also be the site of two new lakes with a connecting stream.  Amenities in the Loop will include Sable Rock Park, with walking and biking trails and bridges, a play field, and a "discovery" playground area for children.  Contact us for more information as homesite lots are released.

The "Caldera Springs Facts and Figures" document was just updated in January of 2008.  Click here to get the answers to many of your questions regarding Caldera Springs.

There are seven acres of lakes and miles of streams that sparkle with endless opportunities for adventure both on and off the shore.  Kayak or canoe across Obsidian and Trailmere Lakes.  Unwind on the deck of the Lake House and tak in the views of majestic Mt. Bachelor and the sights beyond.  Watch kids joyously glide down the lava slide and splash into the Quarry Pool - a marvel of moving and falling water.  Or stay in shape at the Quarry's fitness center.

Located in the heart of the community village is the Lake House.  With its warm and friendly atmosphere, it is the natural gathering place for family and friends.  The Lake House is the home of the Zeppa Bistro, an Italian eatery specializing in pizzas baked right in the wood-fired oven.  Outdoors, nearly nine miles of walking, jogging and biking trails wind their way through 400 acres of forests and meadows.   Caldera Springs has it all!

The Bob Cupp designed Caldera Links and Golf Park makes the great game approachable and enjoyable for the whole family.  The golf facility includes a nine-hole links course and a three regulation-hole golf park.  It's casual golf that's easy and fun to learn to play.  What's better, golf is included with property ownership.

After a few holes of golf, a walk through the forest, or an afternoon at the pool, the pleasure of coming home is yours.  Choose from generously sized homesites and custom homes in your own forested retreat.  Or relax in an easy living Caldera Cabin set in the heart of the Caldera Springs community.

Enriched by lakes, inspired by Sunriver, Caldera Springs is ready for you now!  Contact us for more information about how you can become part of this new community.
